Refund policy

At Dr. Basma Faris, MD, we are committed to providing exceptional care and value through our membership model. We understand that circumstances can change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair while maintaining our commitment to consistent patient care.

• The membership requires a 12-month commitment.
• Monthly payments are non-refundable for services already rendered.
• If you must terminate your membership before the 12-month period due to extenuating circumstances (such as moving to a state where Dr. Faris is not licensed), please contact us to discuss your situation.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.
